Maltos Realty – Branding

The Challenge:

The management of Maltos Realty, when they approached us, had a fundamental understanding of their position as a small company—a small fish in a sea of whales and sharks. Which is why they wanted a representation that takes center stage in any room in form and function.

The Solution:

Dervan Solutions’ Brands team worked closely with the founders of Maltos Realty LLC to develop the branding. The DMV real estate is one of the most crowded and competitive markets in the world, and Maltos was looking for an identity that would stand out to the public and agents alike. At the same time, Maltos wanted a mark that would stand the test of time, and also show them as a formidable force in the real estate market although they are a small company.

Result:

The identity needed to go beyond the familiar symbols of houses and staid typography to something more active, robust, and integral. The new look is bold, contemporary, and memorable, and speaks to the firm’s most powerful brand attributes while staying true to its core values and strengths.
