The Challenge:
Dominion Life Ministries International (DLMI), a global Christian church headquartered in Virginia, USA, and a related brand to Dervan Solutions approached the team with the goal of giving children around the world (but with a focus on Africa) equal opportunities to succeed wherever they are.

The Solution:
Dervan took on this project as a passion project as a way to pay it forward. The team, with help from Dominion Life Churches on the ground in parts of Africa, conducted a needs assessment to ascertain the situation on the ground. The team drafted the structure for the orphanage, partnerships, donations, and core operations for value addition.

Result:
Years down the line by October 2022, Father’s Haven Children’s Home has been able to admit 31 children under its care, they are receiving monthly donations from the donation drive we carried out with the help of DLMI, USA., partnership agreements with certain prominent Africans are underway to aid the child-empowerment project happening in its first destination in Kisii, Kenya.
