The Challenge:

Connaisseur Paris, a men’s clothing store, with stores in about five (5) locations approached Dervan Solutions to assess its brand equity across specific stakeholders (customers, mainly online), and the entire value-chain management, recommend, and lead the implementation of the solutions.

The Solution:

Analysis of qualitative and quantitative data gathered from the research led to a brand repositioning and strategy, brand identity refresh, brand book/guide to standardize designs for all brand touchpoints, digital and value chain optimizations.

3.
Result:

Our work has led management to reposition as a men’s fashion house to focus more on designs, collections, and fashion weeks (Houston Fashion Week, etc.). The brand is no longer centered around the stores (they are now retail outlets of the fashion house) but its ability to design and rethink fashion of today.
